Project scope includes “Order Catalog, Partners, Contact Center and Backoffice” all interfaces redesign.Analysed all processes, defined business need and researched user experience design requirements. Created early - stage conceptual design and wireframes from low to high – fidelity mockups, fully-interactive HTML prototypes, user flows, customer journey and other appropriate UX deliverables. Supported and coordinated with frontend team to make coding progress and shaping the UX backlog. Reviewed and tested all UI outputs for production.
